  • NSW Metro & ACT: 2-5 business days
  • VIC, QLD, SA Metro: 3-7 business days
  • WA, NT, TAS & regional: 5-10 business days

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer two types of returns:

  • Faulty or damaged items: Return within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement — no restocking fee.
  • Change of mind: Return eligible items within 14 days of delivery (unopened, in original packaging). A 10-25% restocking fee applies, and return postage is at your own expense. Not all products are eligible.
