Profile: Bi Luo Chun is a non-fermented green tea it keeps the natural antioxidants and vitamins that are found in tea. The production process of Bi Luo Chun involves using traditional techniques such as frying tea leaves at high heat to destroy enzymes and inhibit oxidization.
Taste：Light pan-fired green tea locking in and accentuating fresh and sweetness. With a hint of vegetal notes and a sweet floral aroma aftertaste with no astringency.
