Directions/Dos

For adults and children over 2 years, use 2 to 3 sprays per nostril, as often as needed. Insert the nozzle into one nostril and fully depress the pump while breathing in through the nose. Repeat in the other nostril. For individual use only to limit the spread of infection. Use within 3 months of opening.
