The Ubiflex Finio is a high-quality flashing product made from Poly Iso Butylene (PIB) with an internal aluminium mesh reinforcement. It features two butyl strips for easy adhesion to roofing surfaces, making installation quicker than traditional flashing methods. This product is tested and complies with AS/NZS 4020:2018 for use in contact with drinking water and AS/NZS 4347.1 for water permeability. It remains durable across a wide temperature range and is UV resistant after extensive exposure, making it suitable for all flashing applications.
