Ubiflex Finio is a high-quality flashing product made from Poly Iso Butylene (PIB) with an internal aluminium mesh reinforcement. It features two butyl strips for secure adhesion to roofing surfaces. This product is an alternative to traditional lead flashing, eliminating health risks associated with lead exposure. It has been tested and complies with AS/NZS 4020:2018 for contact with drinking water and AS/NZS 4347.1 for water permeability. Ubiflex Finio remains strong and durable across a wide temperature range and is UV resistant after 3000 hours of exposure. Available in Black, Terracotta, and Grey, it allows for quicker installation compared to other flashing products.
