Chasseur 28cm Classique Round French Oven - Duck Egg Blue Enamelled Cast Iron - 19542

The Chasseur 28cm Classique round French oven is hand-cast in enamelled cast iron and finished in Duck Egg Blue. It suits cooks who want a single pot for the stovetop and oven, with a self-basting lid to help keep food moist.

Key features

• Self-basting lid – the weight of the lid creates a seal, and internal rings encourage moisture to be reabsorbed and flavour to be spread evenly.
• Hand-cast construction – each piece is cast in an individual sand mould that is destroyed after use.
• Manual enamelling – the trademark Chasseur enamel is applied by hand by trained experts.
• All heat sources – suitable for every heat source, including induction.
• Oven safe to 220°C – use it on the hob and in the oven.
• No hot spots – an optimal gauge on every piece is designed to promote heat distribution and retention.
• Recycled content – Chasseur uses up to 80% recycled material.
