Dust that escapes back into the air is a real concern for homes with asthma or allergy sufferers, and Miele designed the Guard S1 Junior with that in mind.

Its AirClean system holds on to almost all fine dust, rated at 99.99% retention, which helps limit how much recirculates while you vacuum. The model is approved under the Sensitive Choice program run by the National Asthma Council Australia and can display the Blue Butterfly. Suction adjusts across four stages to suit hard floors, rugs or carpets, and the bagged cylinder body is compact and light to move around. Engineered in Germany, it has been tested to the equivalent of two decades of use.
