We accept:

A self contained flake ice maker in stainless steel that makes up to 125kg of ice per day. It has an ice making system with an automatic rinse cycle, plus a closed water circuit for contamination protection.

Hoshizaki recommends a compatible water filter to prevent non-warrantable scale & sediment complications.
