A self contained nugget ice maker in stainless steel that makes up to 110kg of ice per day. The ice making system has an automatic rinse cycle, plus a closed water circuit for contamination protection.

Hoshizaki recommends a compatible water filter to prevent non-warrantable scale & sediment complications.
