Description

Nighty Night Sleep Effervescent contains ashwagandha root extract, magnesium and nicotinamide in an elderberry flavoured effervescent tablet. Ashwagandha is traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to reduce the time to fall asleep and relieve symptoms of stress. Adults dissolve one tablet in 200 ml of water 30 minutes before bedtime as directed. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
