The design features a mix of palm and fruit trees, which echo scenes from quintessential Italian landscapes - fountains, terracotta pots, garlands, and even the odd olive picker. The underside of the quilt cover has a decorative border that flows into a floral print. The back features a pattern of stylized shells. The quilt cover and pillows have a stitched Oxford border on the sides and are finished with striped piping, completing the luxurious look. The pillowcases have a tie closure and an attractive design on both sides, just like the quilt cover.
