Use a 8mm masonry drill bit. The 8 x 60mm AnkaScrew is matched to a 8mm hole.

What can I fix it into?

Yes. The screw-in AnkaScrew is fully removable, so you can back it out and relocate or reuse the fixing.

Drill a 8mm hole through the sill plate into the slab, clear the dust, then drive the 8 x 60mm AnkaScrew with a socket until the flanged hex head pulls the plate down tight.
