The anchor is hammered straight into the drilled hole without pre-expansion, and the saw-tooth drive screw lets you drive it in or back it out. The nylon body insulates the screw from the work surface. To remove a Ramset nylon anchor, unscrew the drive screw and withdraw the sleeve.
