Selleys 310ml White Flexiseal Fc Polyurethane Construction Sealant and Adhesive White is a high-strength, flexible adhesive and sealant designed for various construction applications.

Selleys White Flexiseal FC is a fast-curing polyurethane adhesive and sealant suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. It is designed for weatherproofing joints between brickwork, masonry, wood, concrete, or metal frames, as well as sealing roofing, retaining walls, and acoustic rated walls. This product is waterproof, highly flexible, and can be painted after curing without the need for a primer. It bonds effectively with most building materials, including concrete, brick, masonry, ceramic tile, metals, softwood, hardwood, and some plastics. However, it will not adhere to PE, PP, or PTFE, and is not suitable for permanent water immersion or below water line applications. To enhance durability in outdoor settings, it is recommended to paint with a suitable exterior paint.
