Zinsser Peel Stop Binding Primer Clear 1L is a water-based sealer and binder that locks down chalking, alligatoring and peeling paint to create a sound base for repainting. Brush, roll or airless spray it onto interior and exterior walls, ceilings, doors, trim, fascia, soffits and foundations that are showing age, and it grips the loose, weathered edges so your new topcoat has something solid to hold onto.
