Selleys 600ml Grey Flexiseal Fc Polyurethane Construction Sealant and Adhesive is a high-strength, flexible adhesive and sealant designed for various construction applications.

This fast-curing polyurethane sealant is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, providing effective weatherproofing for joints between brickwork, masonry, wood, concrete, and metal frames. It is waterproof, highly flexible, and can be painted after curing without the need for a primer. Selleys Grey Flexiseal FC bonds well with most building materials, including concrete, brick, ceramic tile, metals, softwood, hardwood, and some plastics. However, it is not suitable for permanent water immersion or below water line use. To enhance durability in outdoor applications, it is recommended to paint with a suitable exterior paint, as some colours may discolour after UV exposure.
